Kylene A. Perras
Kylene A. Perras came to Murtha Cullina with a background in state and municipal government and politics, possessing excellent legislative contacts.
Prior to joining Murtha Cullina’s Government Affairs Group, Kylene worked for the Connecticut Conference of Municipalities as a Lobbyist. There she focused on matters regarding education, transportation and public health. From 2002-2005, she served as a Legislative Aide to State Senator John A. Kissel of the Connecticut General Assembly. During that time, Kylene coordinated a successful re-election campaign in his 2004 victory. In 2001, she served as a legislative intern at the Connecticut General Assembly to State Senator Stephen R. Somma.
Kylene holds a bachelor of arts degree in political science and psychology from the University of Connecticut, where she was a member of the National Political Honor Society Pi Sigma Alpha. She also holds a master’s degree in business administration from Southern CT State University.
