Michael J. Martone
Michael J. Martone has a strong background in State and Federal government and politics. With extensive contacts throughout the executive branch, Mr. Martone offers particular skills to clients who have issues or opportunities with state administrative agencies. He also possesses excellent municipal government contacts as well as grassroots and coalition building expertise.
Prior to joining Murtha Cullina, he was the political director of former Governor John Rowland's successful 1998 reelection effort. He also served as a legislative program manager at the Department of Economic and Community Development and as director of constituent services in the Governor's office.
Mr. Martone is a past member of the Connecticut Judicial Selection Committee and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Holy Cross High School and the Country Club of Waterbury.
A resident of Cheshire, Mr. Martone holds a bachelor's degree in history from Quinnipiac College and has continued graduate studies at Southern Connecticut State University.
